Key
Change - Vote
Cole Park Allotments, Twickenham Road, Isleworth
It has been suggested by a few plotholders, Community Police
and common sense that in view of the several break ins recently
and the loss of some precious figs, that the keys which have
been in existence for many years and are owned by many non
plotholders be changed.
Currently the association has enough
keys and padlocks to do this and supply the local Neighbourhood
watch and the incoming company taken over from CIP.
Below is an opportunity to read the pros and cons, also
have your say by voting.
Please note the vote is limited to
one per plotholder. This website records your IP address
as do all the website's you visit.
Many plotholders have already been asked this question.
Do you agree with a Key Change?
| Reasons for: |
|
Reasons Against: |
| Association can control keys |
|
Extra £5.00 ( Maybe the CPAA could stomach this
) 1x Rugby day would pay. |
| Keys currently cost £9.15 from Surbiton
as CIP lost the card. |
|
Change resilience |
| Association hold 3 new locks and enough keys
to rotate every few years |
|
Might want to change them again in a few years and
i'm fed up with change |
| Majority of old keys were never returned, therefore
many non plotholders locally hold keys. |
|
|
| £5 was not an incentive to drive to Feltham
and collect the money after receiving an eviction notice. |
|
|
| Overall better security
of site, produce and equipment |
|
